Normally an alarm lasts about 25 hours, so you can expect a range between 15-25 hours depending on circumstances and settings. Things that can affect battery life:
If you have an account with SecurCloud, you can just click on your business, find your alarm in the list and click on "Report error".
Then fill in the form with a description of the error and preferably your name & phone number so we can contact you.
Step 1: Make sure your alarm is turned on. If you have a Twig alarm, press the small red arrow button briefly, then you should see that the screen lights up. If the screen doesn't light up, you need to hold down the little red arrow button until it says "Twig Neo" on the screen, then go to step 2. If you have an SRT alarm, then briefly press the button with a light bulb on, it sits between the F1 & F2 button. Then the screen should light up and show various information about GSM & GPS. If the alarm does not react at all, it needs to be charged, it says "Turned off" on the screen, then you need to start the alarm by holding down the light bulb button, then proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Take a walk with the alarm for 10 minutes so you collect a good GPS signal.
Step 3: Call your alarm center and ask to receive test alarms. The number for your alarm center is in the quick guide that we send with you when you receive your order. If this cannot be found, you need to contact us at Securdia's Support department, we can check which alarm center your alarms are connected to.
You need a SecurCloud account to access your alarms in the portal.

Today we offer alarms for many areas of use, where if the alarm is activated, it is mainly sent to an alarm center which initiates an action based on the information we have received from you who order from us.
We also install shell protection, hold training in the prevention of threats & violence and offer solutions in cyber security. The personal alarms that we sell today are often used by people who work with people who can sometimes have aggressive or threatening behavior within, for example, LSS.
Then it can be important for the worker's safety to be able to alert the alarm center in acute situations, but also to their own colleagues.
We can easily set up so that all these alarm types directly send out SMS & mail to optional contacts immediately when the alarm is activated, so that superiors can receive alarms.
SecurCloud can be easily set up so that any person receives a message when, for example, someone presses their alarm in a threatening situation, if the battery gets low, if the alarm loses GSM coverage for a long enough time or if an employee's ManDown alarm is activated. This means that the sometimes vital information quickly reaches managed contacts at the same time as the alarm center's action plan is implemented.

However, we cooperate with many alarm centers, so when you order alarms from us, we can adapt our alarms to which alarm center suits you best.
Your alarm works in many different ways, depending on which model you have and which settings you need. The most used function is the alarm button, hold it until the alarm vibrates and the alarm will be activated. We can also set ManDown, a type of alarm that causes the alarm to start screeching if you fall or lie down for too long. If you do not stand up before the alarm stops beeping, the alarm will be activated. We can also set Timer Alarm, when it is turned on the alarm will start to howl after a certain time. If you do not acknowledge the alarm by pressing the timer button, the alarm will be activated. These functions are easy to activate before your risky work step, or turn off when you are done with your work.
When the alarm is activated by the alarm button, ManDown or timer, the alarm center receives a call connection to your alarm and a GPS position.
The GPS position is included with the alarm center every time your alarm is activated, but where the GPS position is not enough all the way, for example in a multi-storey building, our additional service SecurPos is available. SecurPos allows you to pre-notify an address of your choice through the browser so that information is included with the alarm center if you press the alarm. This means that they can easily give correct information to guards, police or emergency services such as address, floor, name on the door. When every second counts and correct information is vital, our product is prepared on all fronts.
We can also set up so that SMS & mail go out directly, for example, to your security coordinator or crisis group.
Do you want the alarm to alert your colleagues in the same work group?
We can easily set this so that your colleagues' alarms start to wail and the screen then shows that, for example, "Call's alarm room 8, sharp". If Calle were to quit and a new person takes his place, you can contact our support department who will easily rename your alarm so it says, for example, "Maria's alarm, sharp" when that alarm is activated. If you want to be able to alert colleagues without the alarm center getting involved? We call this an internal alarm, we set it up so you can press one of the extra buttons and the alarm only goes to your colleagues' alarms.
Since our alarms have GPS, we also have GeoFence via our portal SecurCloud, which you can easily access via your browser. Then you can create alarm zones on the map that activate an SMS & email when one of your alarms goes into or out of that alarm zone.
